Role Overview

As a Senior Agency Manager, you will be responsible for driving insurance sales by building and managing a network of Business Associates (BAs) and their field agents.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train develop Business Associates and commission-based agents
Guide and monitor execution of agent activity plans
Conduct weekly PRPs (Performance Review Processes) and update Sales Management System
Facilitate agent career growth through structured Career Progression Programs
Leverage CRM tools agent portals to enhance customer management and cross-selling
Consistently work towards achieving monthly annual sales targets

Desired Profile

Minimum 4 years of sales experience (Life Insurance/Agency channel preferred)
Graduate in any discipline
Strong leadership, communication interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to deliver results
Well-networked in the local market with good market knowledge
Stable career track record with measurable achievements
