Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in SAP ISU billing implementation projects from planning to go-live.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure SAP ISU billing components, including rate structures, billing cycles, and invoicing processes.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
