Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Design end-to-end

  Salesforce architecture

  across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing modules, and custom applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.
  
• Build architecture blueprints, integration frameworks, and data models.
  
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance.
  

Technical Leadership

• Lead technical teams including developers, integration engineers, and admins.
  
• Provide mentorship, code reviews, and architectural guidance.
  
• Define standards for Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, Integration, and DevOps.
  

Customization & Development Oversight

• Guide development using

  Apex, LWC, Aura, Triggers, APIs, Flows, SOQL/SOSL

  .
• Oversee complex customizations, automation frameworks, and system enhancements.
  
• Ensure performance tuning, governor limit optimization, and data integrity.
  

Integration & Data Management

• Architect integrations using

  REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Middleware, ETL tools

  .
• Manage data modeling, data migration, deduplication, and security design.
  
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security models: Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules.
  

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Collaborate with business, functional consultants, and leadership teams.
  
• Support pre-sales activities, estimations, technical proposals, and solution demos.
  
• Drive technical delivery, risk mitigation, and project documentation.
  

Key Skills Required

• 815 years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years as a

  Technical Architect

• Expertise in

  Apex, LWC, Flows, Integration Patterns, Data Modeling

• Strong understanding of

  Sales/Service/Experience Cloud

• Deep knowledge of

  Salesforce security, scalability, and governor limits

• Experience with

  CI/CD (Copado, Git, Jenkins)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and solutioning skills
