Job Description

Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi & Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

Identify untapped opportunities and secure new business relationships in the API and intermediates space, expanding market presence.
Manage self-P&L and execute strategic business plans for revenue growth.
Achieve and exceed regional sales targets through proactive account management.
Build a motivated and high-performing sales team that excels in achieving sales goals and drives growth for the company
Lead, mentor, and support the regional sales team to meet collective goals.
Analyze market trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.

Note: Prior Experience in API/Intermediates in Pharma is mandatory

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
5-10 years of proven experience in sales or business development in the API/intermediates industry.
Demonstrated success in managing P&L and achieving revenue targets.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire success in others.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate, influence, and present to clients at all levels.
