Hi All, Greetings from Delight HR Services Pvt Ltd It was nice discussing with you regarding a career opportunity with one of our esteemed client for the position of "Associate Engineer - QS/QA" Team Members - 6+ People Interview Process - First round F2F Working time & Days - 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (6 Days but All Saturday HALF DAY Working) Male / Female - Any Location : New Bel Road, Bangalore Job description Level 3 - Associate Engineer QS/QA (4-5 Years) Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Level 3 - Associate Engineer Qs/QA at D-COLLATIVE. The Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with Architectural/Interior Design, Integration, Project Management, and other related tasks. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to improve methodologies, processes, and tools for the development of architectural design solutions. Qualifications i. Strong skills in reading and understanding Architectural/Interior Design ii. Experience in Software Development, preferably with knowledge in BIM/Revit, AutoCAD, MSP, MSO iii. Experience with Integration of design documentation with schedules and cost estimates. iv. Excellent Design and Project Management skills with a practical approach v. Ability to understand and synthesize complex information and present it to internal teams and external stakeholders vi. Proficiency in AutoCAD, xls/word/MSP Open to candidates from other educational backgrounds, including Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other related streams. Responsibilities: Quantity Estimation & Verification – Accurately quantify materials and verify usage on-site. Specification Analysis – Understand material specifications for architecture and interior projects and ensure compliance. Site Inspection & Validation – Conduct on-site verification of executed work, ensuring adherence to design and quality standards. Billing & Vendor Coordination – Check and verify vendor bills based on actual work completed and material consumption. Project Execution Oversight – Ensure smooth execution of commercial projects by collaborating with contractors and vendors. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Strong knowledge of quantity surveying (QS), billing, and material specifications. Prior experience in commercial projects .
