Job Description: About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Product Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in driving the success of the MART product suite. You will be responsible for leveraging data to understand and identify product opportunities to ensure product reliability and consistency. You will support and augment the product management team and collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, business, and engineering) to deliver product improvements. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, business acumen, and good communication skills. Responsibilities: Product Insights & Recommendations: Be the product champion to orchestrate all on-call queries and drive them to closure with clear actionables for right owners/teams. Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and prioritize features based on data-driven insights. Identify user pain points and areas for optimization through data analysis and user research. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product improvements and new feature development. Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and support product decision-making. Analyze product usage data to identify key insights and opportunities for product optimization. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Define and monitor product metrics to measure the success of new features and initiatives. Utilize SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI), and other analytical platforms to extract and present data effectively Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to ensure accurate data tracking and implementation of product changes. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven support for their initiatives. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Act as a liaison between analytics, business, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Participate in agile ceremonies, and bring data driven insights to those meetings. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools. Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Experience with A/B testing platforms and methodologies. Experience in the e-commerce domain is a plus.
