1. Provide visionary leadership in planning, implementing, and monitoring academic programs.
2. Ensure continuous curriculum upgradation in line with industry and global management education standards.
3. Foster innovation in pedagogy, research, and learning technologies.
4. Promote interdisciplinary learning, case studies, live projects, and experiential learning initiatives.
5. Encourage a strong research culture among faculty and students.
6. Lead all academic and administrative functions of the Management Department.
7. Supervise recruitment, development, and performance evaluation of faculty and staff.
8. Ensure compliance with DAVV and other statutory/regulatory bodies
9. Manage budgets, financial planning, and effective utilization of resources.
10. Implement policies, rules, and disciplinary measures in alignment with institutional norms.
11. Oversee student admissions, mentoring, academic advising, and welfare initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
