Job Description

Pre-Primary Teacher (Immediate Hiring) – Kompally, Hyderabad

Location: Kompally, Hyderabad
Organization: MDN Edify Education

About the Role

MDN Edify Education invites applications for the position of Pre-Primary Teacher at our Kompally campus. We are seeking dedicated educators who are passionate about early childhood learning and committed to creating joyful, developmentally appropriate classroom experiences for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in literacy, numeracy, art, play, and physical development.
Create and maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and developmental milestones.
Adapt instruction to support different learning needs and styles.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop thematic learning units and school activities.
Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and guardians.
Ensure classroom organization, safety, and hygiene at all times.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed preferred).
Prior experience in teaching pre-primary or early childhood levels.
Strong communication, creativity, and classroom management skills.
Genuine interest in and enthusiasm for working with young children.
