Job Description

Manage and deepen relationships with assigned bank customers, drive portfolio growth, and acquire new customers through leads, referrals, and campaigns. Ensure excellent service, resolve queries/complaints, and promote bank products for enhanced wallet share.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deepen customer portfolios

Promote need-based banking products to increase wallet share

Acquire new customers via leads, referrals, and campaigns

Resolve customer queries/complaints within TAT

Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

Graduate (minimum) with excellent English communication skills

15 years sales/relationship management experience (freshers with strong skills considered)

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills

Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
