Payment Posting Specialist

• Post and reconcile payments received from insurance companies, patients, and other payers in the billing system.
• Verify accuracy of payment postings and identify any discrepancies or issues.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and denials promptly.
• Apply adjustments, refunds, and write-offs in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Review explanation of benefits (EOB) and remittance advice documents for accuracy.
• Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and internal stakeholders regarding payment-related inquiries and issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of payment transactions.
• Assist with month-end reconciliation and reporting processes.
• Adhere to all billing regulations and compliance requirements, including HIPAA.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US Medical Billing required.
• Industry-leading remuneration package.
• Immediate placement for selected candidates.
• Preference for immediate joiners.
• Strong proficiency in Medical Billing - Payment Posting /Cash Posting essential.
