Project Role : Software Development Lead Project Role Description : Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity. Must have skills : Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : A BE/BTech/MBA/MCA B Prior experience with 1 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation specifically in Integrations C Oracle Cloud Certified candidate is preferred Summary: Technical Experience A. Candidate must have experience in Integrations, HCM Extract, BIP Report, OTBI, HDL Data conversions, Fast Formulas, and Personalizations. B. Candidate should have worked on Oracle HCM Cloud modules like Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, ORC, OLC, and OTL. C. Should have SQL knowledge to write custom query for creating BIP Reports. Should have worked on RTF Templates, Etext Templates, Excel Templates and XSL Templates. D. Should have good knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations Outbound and Inbound Integrations. Should have good experience on Creating HCM Extracts both full and changes only extracts with different delivery options like FTP, Email and WebCenter content. E. Candidate should have experience in Personalizations using HCM experience Design Studio, Structure, Page Composer & should be familiar with EL Expressions. F. Understanding of Report Security, and Standard Reports/Integrations. G. Should have sound knowledge on OIC. H. Having knowledge on PL/SQL is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities A. Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud. B. Ability to create or update Functional/Technical design documents. C. Develop Integrations/Reports and Perform testing. D. Responsible for project deliverables from offshore. E. Should be able to conduct Demos, Functional and Technical discussions with Onshore teams including end Customer. Professional Experience A. Should have Strong written and Oral communication skills. B. Interact and Deliver results by working with the Cross-Organization team members. C. Strong analytical skills and presentation skills. D. Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomes. E. Should be able to handle client discussions independently and should have excellent communication skills.
