Hiring Manager MIS - Finance and Accounts

Stanley hiring MIS Finance and Accounts Manager who will be responsible for managing financial data, developing management information systems (MIS) for finance, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role combines expertise in financial management, accounting, and information systems to provide insights that support decision-making, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Role :

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Design, implement, and maintain financial and accounting management information systems (MIS).
• Automate financial reporting processes to improve accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for key financial metrics and performance indicators.
• Generate accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal control policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit readiness.
• Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and planning.
• Provide insights into financial trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 -15 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
• Proven experience in MIS development and financial systems management.
