Conference Room Managements

Coordinate and schedule conference room bookings based on availability and client requirements.

Ensure that conference rooms are properly set up for meetings, including equipment, seating arrangements, and refreshments.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of conference areas before and after meetings.

Interview Coordination:

Front Desk Maintenance:

Stationary Stock Management:

Call Management:

Inward and Outward Correspondence:

Travel Desk and Ticketing Management:

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk or admissions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office

Experience with travel desk coordination is a plus

Well-organized, multitasking ability, and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
