Resolving customer queries and issues related to the products and services. Should have fair knowledge about basic technical and sales acumen. Minimum qualification: PUC (12th) / Diploma (3years) Salary Range: 18.7k to 22.5k p/m - 2.48 to 2.94 p/a CTC (based on final interview scores) Benefits: 2-way free cabs within hiring zones. Cab is mandate for female employees. Male employees can opt either cab or self to work (STW allowance is rs.2200 to 3300).
