Walk-In-Drive for International Voice Process at Salem.

Location : Salem (At Venpa Staffing Services Premises)

Drive dates : 19 July 2025 and 20 July 2025. (Saturday & Sunday)

Time : 8.30 AM to 8 PM

: International Voice Process
Eligibility
: Arts & Science Graduates (Any Stream)
Work Location
: Bengaluru
Shift
: US shift (EST/CST/MST/PST), 9 hours working, Rotational week-off.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve candidates queries and complete job applications.

Respond to candidates queries over email/text.
Resolve queries on a ticketing platform. Knowledge of Service now will be added advantage
Ensure Customer Satisfaction

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).-MUST
Proven work experience in an international contact center environment (preferably USA) in making/receiving calls.
Experience working and delivering under a strict timeline.
Should have a neutral accent
An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Agile and flexible with work schedule.
Logical and analytical thought process.
Willing to work in any US shift (EST/CST/MST/PST).
