Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client portfolios, nurturing strong relationships to drive repeat and new business.
  • Identify and pursue sales leads via outreach methods (calls, emails, meetings), delivering tailored solution pitches.
  • Close deals and secure long-term partnerships by presenting the companys value proposition effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support clients and improve offerings based on feedback.
  • Track sales performance and activity through CRM tools.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred someone who is having knowledge about telesales, and excellent communication in hindi and english. Must be comfortable in Rotational shifts.

Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment and must adapt to adjust sales tactics based on client feedback and evolving market demands.
