Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, chats, and leads generated through
PPC (Pay-Per-Click)
and
Meta Search
campaigns.
Understand customer requirements and provide the best travel solutions (mainly international flight bookings).
Convert leads into sales by offering competitive itineraries and real-time fares.
Utilize GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) to search and issue tickets.
Upsell travel add-ons: seat selection, baggage, travel insurance, hotel bookings, etc.
Ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction through smooth sales handling.
Manage post-sales queries: rescheduling, cancellations, refunds.
Achieve individual and team-based sales targets consistently.
Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, and industry promotions.

Requirements:

1 to 6 years of experience in
US travel sales
, with focus on
PPC or Meta Campaigns
.
Strong knowledge of international flight booking and fare structures.
Experience working with leads from Google Ads, Skyscanner, Kayak, etc.
Proficiency in GDS (Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo).
Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or US accent.
Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask efficiently.
Comfortable working in
US time zone
(Night Shift).

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in an OTA (Online Travel Agency) or call center-based travel sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools and travel booking engines.
Knowledge of airline consolidator fares is a plus.
Experience in handling both B2C and B2B travel sales will be an advantage.
