Roles & responsibility: - Handling inbound and outbound calls, email, and chats Resolving customer queries, complaints, requests efficiently Providing information about products, services, and policies Updating customer records, transactions in database Ensuring accuracy Flexible and adaptable to changing environments Ensure daily & monthly targets are achieved Remain current on all company policies and procedures Following company guidelines and quality standards Maintaining professionalism and ethical conduct Preferred candidate profile :- Graduate 2 Years minimum experience within travel process Voice Email servicing, Queue Management, Ticketing / Schedule changes / Refund / Exchanges in Sabre and Amadeus GDS.
