Job Description

The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to meet the needs of our employees. This role requires a passion for learning and development, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.

Responsibilities:

Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia visual aids.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.
Deliver engaging and informative training sessions both in-person and virtually.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and assessment tools.
Modify training programs as necessary to ensure they remain current and relevant.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Training - Learning & Development, preferably within the QSR , Retail, or hospitality industry.
Must be proficient in Hindi Language
Open to Travel once a month to Bangalore.
