TEAM LEAD

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of customer service executives.
  • Monitor and improve individual and team performance.
  • Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operations Manager in executing strategies.
  • Supervise team leads and ensure team alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
  • Assist in resource planning, scheduling, and issue resolution.
  • Foster team morale and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
