Job Description: Solution Architect Role Summary The Solution Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for designing end-to-end software solutions that align with business objectives, meet scalability and security standards, and enable rapid, modular development. This role serves as a bridge between business goals and technology implementation, ensuring coherent architecture across products and services. Key Responsibilities Design scalable, modular, and maintainable system architecture. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms. Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications. Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards in all architectural designs. Define system components, data flows, and integration points. Collaborate with product managers and tech leads to align architecture with business goals. Manage integrations with external APIs, legacy systems, and third-party services. Create architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical blueprints. Identify and mitigate technical risks across projects. Mentor development teams on architecture principles and best practices. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards. Contribute to technology strategy and roadmap planning with the CTO or VP Engineering. Reporting Line Reports to: CTO / VP of Engineering / Head of Technology Qualifications and Skills 8+ years of experience in software development, architecture, or technical leadership. Proven expertise in software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, etc.). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code. Familiarity with secure development practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, DPDP). Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in agile, product-driven environments.
