Develop and implement social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
Manage content calendar, ensuring consistent and high-quality posts across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create and optimize reels, posts, and stories for maximum virality.
Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and build an active community.
Monitor trends, competitors, and analytics to adapt strategy.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube trending social strategies.
Experience running and analyzing paid ads (especially on Meta and Google platforms).
Understanding of content calendars, insight tools, and growth strategies.
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of visual/aesthetic content.
