Hiring For Wheels Scaffolding India Ltd.

Position-Site Sales Executive

Experience-2 to 5 years

Location-Navi Mumbai

Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site visits to identify and approach contractors, industrial clients, and infrastructure companies requiring scaffolding.
Build and maintain a database of active and upcoming projects in the assigned area.
Generate qualified leads and pass them to the Assistant Manager for further development.
Meet with site engineers, project managers, purchase teams, and safety officers to promote scaffolding products.
Understand their project requirements (volume, specifications, timelines) and communicate them accurately to the Assistant Manager.
Develop strong site-level relationships to secure repeat orders and referrals.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics) to ensure smooth and timely delivery, installation, and dismantling at client sites.
Track the progress of ongoing supplies at site level and update the Assistant Manager regularly.
Gather and report local competitor activities, market pricing trends, and new project opportunities to the Assistant Manager.
Monitor site-level customer satisfaction and potential risks to retain accounts.
Maintain updated records of site visits, meetings, and inquiries handled.
Submit daily and weekly activity reports (site visit report, inquiry status, pipeline updates) to the Assistant Manager.
