Job Role: Process Specialist - Order Management

Exp: Min 2 years of experience

Location: Jaipur

Education: Any Graduation

Shift: US shift

Working days: 5 days

Generic Skill Set:

• Clear written & oral communication/customer service skills with external as well as internal customers
• Good analytical & interpersonal skills
• Front-line interaction with Sales, dealers or Service providers.
• Adaptability - ability to prioritize cases
• Interaction with cross functional departments (Order Management, Billing etc.)
• Ensure a good end-to-end follow-up
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Provide subject matter expertise for complex issues
• Address requires training needs for filling knowledge gaps
• Adhere to SLAs and KPIs
• Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement
• Flexible to work in PST hours/ in any shift
• Flexible to work 100 % work from office.

Technical Skill set:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Very good experience in ERP/CRM systems
• Good knowledge in preparing reports.

Process Knowledge:

• Good knowledge of processing orders and expertise in related systems
• Good knowledge of managing contracts and expertise in related systems
• Good Knowledge in Billing and Invoice and expertise in related systems
• Very good reporting knowledge
• Assist Solution Providers with service-related requests.
• Able to work large volume and complex service requests
• Able to maintain quality to the agreed level in all work undertaken
• Able to adhere to the existing policies of the client with regards to releasing specific information and resolution of inquiries and complaints
• Able to duly fill out tracking systems & forms as needed/required

Experience & Education:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience with at least 1 years experience in BPO environment.

Education with Bachelors Degree.
