Hiring For Senior Network Administrator

Position Title:

Key Responsibilities:

*Manage and maintain servers, operating systems.

* Install, configure, and optimize hardware and software components to ensure efficient operation and maximum uptime. Administer network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, to *ensure connectivity, security, and performance.

*Monitor network traffic, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize network performance and reliability.

*Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, and encryption protocols.

*Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and patch management to identify and mitigate security risks. Design, implement, and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to *ensure data integrity, availability, and business continuity.

*Perform regular backups, test recovery procedures, and document recovery plans to minimize downtime in the event of system failures or disasters.

*Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

*Document support tickets, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

*3+ years of experience in system administration roles, with a focus on managing IT infrastructure and supporting end-users.

*Strong knowledge of server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux), networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

*Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

*Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
