Power Supply Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end quality processes for new

  Battery and Adapter (ADP)

  suppliers, ensuring successful onboarding and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including

  Research and Development (R&D)

  ,

  Global Commodity Management (GCM)

  ,

  New Product Introduction (NPI)

  ,

  Product Quality Engineering (PQE)

  , and suppliers to ensure smooth new project launches with effective quality control during qualification and ramp-up phases.
• Oversee supplier process control and safety management; make informed shipment release decisions; and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on

  Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  .
• Manage and resolve quality issues related to

  Original Design Manufacturer (ODM)

  box-line production and field parts.
• Conduct regular (monthly, quarterly, and annual) as well as special (issue-based or process-specific) supplier audits; provide support for

  Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

  and

  Requests for Quotation (RFQs)

  .
• Support production capacity and supply assurance from a quality perspective.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in the Battery and Adapter (ADP) industry.

• Bachelors degree or higher

  in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• In-depth understanding of Battery and Adapter assembly processes, testing procedures,

  Failure Analysis (FA)

  , quality control, and reliability testing.
• Strong skills in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Solid knowledge of quality management systems such as

  ISO 9000

  and

  ISO 14000

  .
• Proven experience in supplier and process qualification as well as new project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and quick learner with proficiency in computer applications and presentation tools.
• Strong command of the English language — both written and verbal.
