Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field
8+ years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position
Some SFI experience or SFI certification(s) in SFI Insurance cloud
5+ years Salesforce development experience
3+ years' experience of working on deployment teams, ideally using Agile development
techniques.
1+ years SFI Architecture experience in SFI Insurance cloud
Excellent communication skills, equally comfortable with crafting emails as leading a white-
board discussion with customers or delivering a technical presentation.
Business operations and process experience in Insurance Sector
Must be able to direct and drive development team
Salesforce advanced administrator, advanced developer, or technical architect certifications
highly preferred
One or more current Salesforce.com certifications (developer, administrator, sales/service,
TA, etc)
SFI Platform Developer/Consultant certification
