Micro LAP professional

Role & responsibilities

Source and acquire
Micro LAP (Loan Against Property)
business through
DSAs, connectors, and local market
channels.
Maintain strong relationships with existing
DSAs, channel partners, and customers
to ensure consistent business flow.
Conduct credit assessment and preliminary checks before forwarding proposals to the credit team.
Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, legal, and technical) to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets as assigned.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
Handle customer queries, grievances, and provide end-to-end service support.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of
LAP / SME / Secured Loans
.
Proven experience in
DSA/channel management
and local market sourcing.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with strong business acumen.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Prior experience in
NBFCs, Banks, or Housing Finance Companies
handling LAP or secured business loans.
Strong local market network and established DSA relationships.
