Product Marketer Location: Chennai Years of Experience: 5+ yrs Skills and Competencies: Graduate or Postgraduate with an overall 5 years of experience and 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in SAAS. Experience in US Market Deep understanding of the SAAS business model- understand subscription economics, customer lifetime value, and the nuances of selling software as a service. Not just theoretical knowledge but must have hands-on experience with SAAS metrics and growth levers. Data-driven decision-making ability by performing data analysis and extracting meaningful insights from usage metrics, customer feedback, and market research. Experience in using these insights to guide strategy and measure success. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities- develop positioning, go-to-market strategies, and tactical ability to execute those plans through concrete deliverables. Excellent communication and storytelling skills- ability to translate technical features into compelling benefits, present confidently to internal and external stakeholders Experience with marketing analytics and CRM tools Understanding of how product marketing decisions impact overall business goals Self-awareness and ability to receive feedback Strong Cross-functional Leadership skills Display strong results orientation mindset & persistence in achieving goals Demonstrate clear judgment in resource allocation and prioritization Roles and responsibilities Gain a deep understanding of the U.S. real estate market, the product we are developing, its relevance within the market, and the key target personas within the first two months of joining the team. Assess the current budget or create a new one from scratch within the first two months. Lead product positioning and messaging across all customer touchpoints Build close relationships with product, sales, and customer success teams Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs Guide pricing strategy and packaging decisions Oversee product launches and marketing campaigns Enable sales team with training and resources Analyse customer feedback and usage data to inform strategy Customer Feedback Analysis: Measure sentiment, pain points, and feature requests through surveys or interviews Website Traffic: Track the number of visitors to landing pages and specific product pages. Content Performance: Assess blog views, webinar attendees, and video watch time. Social Media Engagement: Measure likes, shares, comments, and followers to gauge how well campaigns resonate. Competitive win/loss analysis Competitor analysis - Regular analysis of competitors' market position, features, and pricing. - Monthly Team Development - One-on-one meetings, Career development and retention planning Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) tracked weekly (Main KPI) Net Promoter Score (NPS) for new features/products (Main KPI) First 30 to 45 days - Submit a report outlining your understanding of the U.S. real estate market, including examples of target personas and their needs that our product can address. The report should also include a competitor analysis, market landscape, and pricing recommendations. Product marketing strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives - First 60 to 90 days Customer personas and journey maps Compelling product narratives and value propositions Sales enablement materials (battle cards, playbooks, pitch decks) Product launch plans and campaign briefs Content strategy for thought leadership and demand generation Monthly metrics dashboard -tracking product marketing KPIs Revised or new marketing budget - First 30 to 60 days
