Product Manager, Corporate Origination platform Have working experiences: Leading and defining the product vision, and being responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the product. Define and communicate product requirements and specifications, possess an intimate knowledge of the end-to-end flow and how it integrates with the SmartLender ecosystem. Provide expertise and ownership on Corporate Origination platform Communicate and coordinate with other internal/external stakeholders to ensure that the progress of its ongoing projects is running in a quality manner etc. Drive the strategy and execution for product, business, partnership, and any 3rd parties. Thoughtfully challenge assumptions and push cross-functional teams to find better solutions while also moving fast. Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ship and iterate for maximum impact and quick learning (including crafting strategies and specs, driving alignment and reviews, managing in-flight work, and understanding and sharing outcomes) Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks Willingness to travel Able to be involved in presales pitches with the sales team Candidate should have at least 6 years of relevant banking experience and exhibit the following capabilities / attributes: Highly conversant with Corporate Lending, practice rules, expert opinions and legal decisions Good understanding of Corporate Lending with the ability to evaluate options and provide solutions Experience in dealing with medium scale to large scale project management Service oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Resourceful and able to work effectively under pressure as an individual as well as in a team Prior experience on Project Management for Corporate Lending Initiatives and other similar products will be a plus. Familiarity with a Corporate LOS is strongly preferred - other preferred system experience includes nCino, Moodys Credit Lens, Salesforce Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to produce high-quality, succinct deliverables In addition, candidates must possess the following qualities: Meticulous , quality and service oriented, with the ability to perform critical evaluation and provide effective solutions Proactive, resourceful and able to work effectively as an individual as well as in a team Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a high level of discretion and integrity Good understanding of SDLC, with experience with Agile/Scrum. Good techno-functional experience involving applications on microservice architecture.
