Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate product features and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or custom dashboards
• Collaborate with UX and Engineering teams to understand feature adoption and pain points
• Analyze industry trends and sentiment using tools like Brandwatch, Sprout Social, or Google Trends
• Monitor public forums, social media, and review platforms (e.g., G2, Capterra) to gauge user sentiment
• Synthesize market needs and tech trends into actionable product recommendations
• Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather feedback and feature requests
• Maintain a centralized repository of customer insights to support product decision-making
• Benchmark competitor products by identifying key features, pricing models, and UX strengths
• Create SWOT analyses and comparison matrices to highlight product positioning
• Track competitor announcements, roadmaps, and user feedback

• Surveys & Feedback: Typeform, SurveyMonkey, Hotjar
• Market Sentiment: Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a related domain
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
• A passion for technology, product thinking, and user experience

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience with SQL or Python for custom data analysis

• Exposure to product lifecycle and roadmap planning
