Job Description

Provide L2 support for Tomcat, IBM HTTP, Weblogic , Websphere, JBOSS, IIS, Nginx (standalone & domain), Apache Web application servers, troubleshooting and resolving configuration and performance issues.
Assist with troubleshooting and performance tuning of Java-based ( J2EE ), NodeJS applications. JVM related knowledge will be plus point.
Support the configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of API Gateway.
Collaborate with L1 support and development teams to resolve issues effectively.
Investigate and resolve application-related issues.
Monitor system performance, ensuring that all middleware systems are functioning as expected.
Apply security patches, updates, and handle web server lifecyle to maintain system integrity.
Understanding the Middleware vulnerabilities reported in VAPT and resolving as an individual
Document common issues, resolutions, and system configurations to build a knowledge base.
Provide feedback to senior engineers regarding recurring problems and potential improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

3-5 years of experience working with Tomcat, Apache ( httpd) and JBOSS application servers.
Experience troubleshooting Java-based applications.
Familiarity with Linux-based operating systems (RHEL, CentOS, Oracle Linux).
Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve system issues.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with both remote and onsite teams.
Good communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Understanding of Active Directory and Single Sign On
Strong collaboration and partnering skills
