Job Description

Hiring for Manager/Sr.Manager Production with Aerospace Company

Experience:15 Years

Responsibilities:

Lead the SST section and responsible of overall maintaining equipment's, managing resources, running production as per production plan and delivering as per customer demand.

Achieving production target as per daily/monthly plan.

Achieving OTD for all customers.

FTR for all parts.

Implementations of EHS in shop floor.

Managing operating cost within the budget.

Drive operational excellence across sections and focus on resources multiskilling.

Should have thorough knowledge on all special processes like Anodizing(TSA. BSA. CAA, Hard anodizing, Sulphuric acid anodizing, alodine, Passivation, Pickling, Chemical milling.

Experience on NADCAP as auditee.

Prior experience in working with Airbus & Boeing specifications.

Reasonable communication skill and inter department coordination.

Knowledge on Aerospace quality requirement.

Should be able to handle high volume multi mix sheet metal parts.

Knowledge on special process jigging concept.

Performance Measures:

1. technical proficiency include special process knowledge, operational excellance, lean manufacturing.,Problem solving

2. Process analysis and improvement.

3. Resource management, Risk management, Planning and execution .

4. :Leadership & team management, collaboration & communication .

5. Ensure customer complaiance and quality assurance .

6. Change management ( Adaptibility, Agile and bold ) . Able to manage team and deliver output under pressure.
