To oversee the onboarding andmanagement of new FLS within the Direct Marketing (DM) channel. This key role focuses on ensuring

  • process adherence, operational discipline, and the effectiveness of training programs, while driving
  • target achievement and managing outliers. Additionally, the Program Manager will ensure leads
  • sufficiency and support the effective implementation of governance processes at various levels. The role
  • also involves close collaboration with Head Office (HO) teams to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the goals of the zone and region

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new FLS across the DirectMarketing (DM) channel, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to established guidelines and procedures
  • throughout the onboarding and operational phasesorganizational processes, systems, and standards Ensure FLS understand and consistently follow

Operational Discipline & Work Rhythm Management

  • Maintain operational discipline within the DM channel byensuring adherence to work rhythms and schedules
  • Monitor day-to-day activities of FLS to ensure timely andefficient execution of tasks, meeting KPIs and organizational standards

Outlier & Performance Management

  • Proactively identify performance outliers (underperforming or exceptional) and manage these cases
  • effectively through corrective actions or support Collaborate with regional managers to ensure that b performance issues are addressed promptly and in linenwith organizational goals

Leads Sufficiency Management

  • Oversee the availability and quality of leads provided tonFLS, ensuring that lead volumes and quality are aligne with sales targets
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure that FLS are consistently equipped with sufficient, qualified leads to drive conversion and sales performance

Training Efficacy & Development

  • Evaluate training programs for new FLS, ensuring they are comprehensive, aligned with business goals, and effective in enhancing skills and knowledge
  • Continuously monitor training outcomes and provide Governance & Compliance feedback to improve training content and delivery de Establish, monitor, and audit governance processes a identify areas for improvement across the FLS onboarding process and operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management Marketing, or a related field. Masters degree preferred
  • management, operations management, or a similar role,2+ years of experience in program or project preferably in the Direct Marketing or Sales channel
  • Proven experience in managing onboarding processes,team performance, and cross-functional projects
  • Strong background in performance management, process optimization, and governance
