a. Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents.
b. Maintain and update databases and tracking systems for various agreements executed by company.
c. Proficient in Microsoft Office specially advanced in Excel and be knowledgeable with excel formulas, etc.
d. Managing tracker of various Agreements and updating it time to time
e. Creating and maintaining Database for Legal Agreements executed by the Company
f. Compile proofread and revise drafts of legal documents and reports, if any.
g. Uploading the documents on required portals
h. Handling the signature process including sending documents for digital signature and coordinating for physical signatures.
