We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in international markets, expanding the companys presence globally, and building long-term relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion

    : Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets, focusing on increasing market share and revenue.
  • Sales Strategy Development

    : Create and implement effective international sales strategies, taking into account market trends, cultural differences, and local regulations.
  • Client Relationship Management

    : Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting

    : Achieve and exceed sales targets set for international markets. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closing

    : Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring profitable contracts and agreements.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams

    : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to tailor solutions to international client needs.
  • Market Research

    : Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, market demands, and potential challenges in new territories.
  • Compliance

    : Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and other relevant legal requirements in the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • 6+ months experience in customer service (international voice preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and persuasive abilities.
