Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain call logs and document customer interactions.
  • Deliver excellent service and meet quality standards.
  • Work in a

    (US/UK time zones).

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good listening and problem-solving ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
  • Customer-focused attitude.

Benefits:

  •   Salary: 3 LPA - 6.5 LPA
  •   Night Shift Allowance
  •   Both Side Cab Facility
  •   5 Days Working | Rotational Week Off

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Freshers & Graduates with Minimum 6 Months of Experience in International BPO.
  • Undergraduates with Minimum 6 months of Experience in International BPO.
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred.
