Job Title: Sales Team Lead International Sales

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead with a strong background in lead generation, inside sales, and core international sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives.
Generate high-quality leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Ensure team achieves daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to improve conversion rates.
Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance team productivity.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation strategies.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data integrity.
Handle escalations and close high-value deals personally when needed.
Education: Graduation in any discipline (mandatory).
Total: Minimum 6 years in Sales.
Team Lead: Minimum 2 years on papers.
Proven experience in International B2B/B2C Sales, Lead Generation, and Inside Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in US rotational night shifts.
Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
