Job Description

Payroll Accounting for International Regions

Manage GL-related deliverables for multiple international countries.
Act as the primary point of contact between Payroll Operations and Payroll Accounting teams for report sharing and reconciliation.

Report Management & Coordination

Retrieve and share payroll reports from providers to support accounting processes.
Ensure timely delivery of reports post payroll closure for month-end accounting activities.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams to resolve queries related to GL files and discrepancies.
Liaise with EMEA and APAC teams, requiring flexibility in work hours.

Technical Expertise

Proficient in Workday (HR reporting) and Oracle (accounting system).
Knowledge of BlackLine for reconciliation (basic understanding, not implementation).

Data Analysis & Excel Skills

Advanced Excel skills for quick reconciliation.
Ability to analyze and reconcile data under tight timelines (month-end close within 45 days).

Regional Expertise

Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll processes (priority countries: Ireland, UK, France, Germany, Italy).
APAC familiarity is a plus but not mandatory.

Additional Expectations

Minimum 7+ years of relevant payroll accounting experience in an MNC or similar environment.
Ability to multitask and manage peak workload periods efficiently.
Proactive, agile, and quick learner to minimize training time.
