Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Facilitator to establish and maintain relationships with international hospitals, medical tourism companies, and other relevant stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads for Antara Senior Care's luxury care homes, catering to international patients traveling to Gurgaon, India for medical treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain relationships with international hospitals, medical tourism companies, and other relevant stakeholders.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads for Antara Senior Care's luxury care homes.

3. Collaborate with international marketing teams and medical tourism companies to promote Antara Senior Care's services.

4. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract international patients to Antara Senior Care's luxury care homes.

5. Provide exceptional customer service to international patients and their families, ensuring a smooth transition to Antara Senior Care's luxury care homes.

6. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare facilitation, international patient services, or a related field.

3. Proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with international hospitals, medical tourism companies, and other relevant stakeholders.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working with international patients and medical tourism companies.

2. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws governing international patient services.

3. Certification in healthcare facilitation or a related field.
