Position Title:

Compliance Executive Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to assess adherence to regulations and internal policies.
Assist in investigating and resolving compliance issues, including conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
Support the Compliance Manager/CISO in drafting and updating compliance-related documentation, such as policies, manuals, and reports.
Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure that compliance programs are up to date.
Assist in providing compliance training to employees on relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal, HR, and operations, to ensure alignment of compliance efforts.
Assist in responding to inquiries and requests from regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, findings, and resolutions. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Compliance Manager/ CISO

Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's degree, or related field. 0 to 1years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related roles.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ISO/ISMS, HIPAA, SOC). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Shift : Mid Shift : Timing ( 1:00PM To 10:00PM/ 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
