The ideal candidate will be responsible for detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial integrity and customer trust. Key Responsibilities: Monitor transactions and accounts for suspicious activity using fraud detection tools. Conduct thorough investigations into flagged activities and escalate when necessary. Analyze trends and patterns to identify potential fraud risks. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Customer Support, Legal) to resolve fraud cases. Prepare detailed reports on findings, risk assessments, and suggested preventive measures. Recommend and implement improvements to fraud detection processes. Stay up-to-date with industry fraud trends and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Criminal Justice, or a related field. Proven experience (13 years) as a fraud analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using fraud monitoring and data analysis tools. Excellent attention to detail and investigative mindset. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
