We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven FP&A Analyst with strong technical expertise in MIS reporting, expense reconciliation, and cost analysis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Power BI and Advanced Excel, with the ability to transform financial data into actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare and deliver Monthly MIS reports with detailed variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Support in cost and expense analysis, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization. - Perform expense reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. - Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key business and financial metrics. - Automate recurring financial reports using Excel and Power BI to enhance reporting efficiency.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, consolidating inputs from various departments.
- Track actual performance against budget/forecast and provide insights to business teams. - Support scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis for business planning.
Data & Process Management
- Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and ensure alignment between financial and operational data.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to enhance data collection and reporting processes. - Support implementation of automation and process improvement initiatives in reporting and analytics.
Education: B.com/B.Tech/ MBA with finance and technical background
Experience: 3 to 6 years
