Job Title:

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis to support business decisions. Proficiency in financial modeling and tools like Power BI is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Build and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for financial analysis.
Support monthly MIS reporting, including variance analysis and management reporting.
Deliver ad-hoc financial reports and insights to aid decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA / B.Com / BBM with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools.
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Skills
