Job Description

Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our non-voice support team for the UK shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers through email and chat channels, ensuring their inquiries are addressed efficiently and professionally. This role offers a competitive salary and cab facilities. Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues. Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements for better customer service. Skills and Qualifications Strong written communication skills in English. Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM software is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
