Location: Sec 21, Gurugram

Type: FT

Mode: 5 days onsite

Shift: 10-7 pm IST

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content & Social Media Strategist who can elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in crafting compelling content, planning social media calendars, analyzing engagement metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies across platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (copy + visual briefs) tailored to each channel.
  • Design and manage monthly social media calendars aligned with brand goals and campaign plans.
  • Lead content planning for campaigns, product launches, events, and internal initiatives.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to adapt strategies.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.
  • Track performance through KPIs such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and web traffic.
  • Present monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 45 years of proven experience in content creation and social media strategy.
  • Strong copywriting and content development skills with attention to tone and storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of paid promotions, audience targeting, and performance metrics.
  • Understanding of brand voice, visual identity, and marketing funnels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight timelines, and cross-functional collaborations.
  • Creative thinker with a strong sense of current digital and cultural trends.

Good to Have:

  • Experience working with B2B brands or in the IT/Consulting/Professional Services space.
  • Exposure to performance marketing or ORM (Online Reputation Management).
  • Familiarity with basic video editing or storytelling frameworks for reels/shorts
