Hiring For Business Analyst(from Automotive background)

We are seeking a strategic and technically grounded professional to drive global R&D operations, connect technology with business goals, and act as a key enabler of cross-functional execution. This role will serve as a bridge between corporate headquarters and regional teams, ensuring that enterprise R&D systems, innovation initiatives, and compliance frameworks are successfully deployed and scaled across global projects.

[Key Responsibilities]

Strategy & Technology Alignment

• Develop and manage integrated technology roadmaps and R&D performance KPIs. • Translate strategic business objectives into executable R&D initiatives. • Identify long-term trends and drive alignment across functions and geographies.

Systems & Process Enablement

• Lead deployment and optimization of R&D systems such as DX-PLM, PDM, Eureka, and IPCS. • Support global software compliance, AI tool integration, and LCA adoption. • Coordinate with QA and compliance teams to elevate process maturity and operational excellence.

Global Collaboration & Communication

• Act as a central communication hub between HQ and regional teams. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement. • Foster a culture of shared knowledge through platforms like pNet and M&M KMS.

Innovation & Change Management

• Conduct technology sensing and competitive intelligence to identify innovation opportunities. • Manage and support the lifecycle of innovation assets (patents, certifications, etc.). • Promote a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation readiness.

Qualifications & Profile

[Education]

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

[Core Competencies]

• Strategic and analytical thinking with strong business acumen. • Deep understanding of R&D tools, systems, and technical compliance domains. • Skilled in global communication and project coordination. • Comfortable in dynamic, cross-functional environments. • Proactive, innovation-oriented mindset with a drive for improvement.

[Experience]

• 5-6 years of experience in R&D operations, strategy planning, or tech consulting (preferably in automotive or high-tech industries). • Hands-on experience with enterprise systems (PLM, PDM, etc.) and AI/LCA tools.
