Job Description

Job Title: Blue Yonder Engineer

Level: Junior & Mid-level (1 each)

Location: Remote

Start Date: 30 days notice

Shift Hours:

MON-SAT: 1 pm to 10 pm IST
SUN: 6 pm to 3 am IST

Basic Skills / Role and Responsibilities

Bachelors Degree, Information Systems preferred
Must have Blue Yonder programming experience - 1-2 years (junior), 3 – 5 years (mid-level)
Ability to translate functional specifications into code
Ability to work in a team environment (follow the sun development environment is key)
Working Experience in one or more of the following languages: SQL, PL/SQL, C#, Ruby, Perl
Experience in PL/SQL preferred
Experience in Oracle and SQL Server Database systems
Senior level experience navigating Windows and Linux Server/VM administration skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

Understanding / working experience with nightly batch processing / scripting monitoring and operations
Experience following SOPs, building operations and work procedures and knowledge base for repeat problems to help make work activity repeatable, resolution of problems faster over time
Working experience with AWS / Azure Platforms
Experience working in a team environment to monitor Enterprise grade applications and databases
Working experience as a Tier 2 or 3 support engineer to resolve issues/cases in an enterprise environment
Ability to work independently, good communication skills, prioritization and ownership of tasks
