JD: Lead and participate in end-to-end JDA ESP implementations , including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply planning needs and translate them into system solutions. Configure and fine-tune JDA ESP modules such as Master Planning, Demand Management, Inventory Optimization , etc. Conduct CRP sessions, workshops, and UAT with business users. Define and document functional specifications, process flows, and test scripts . Work closely with technical teams for integration with ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, etc.) via interfaces or data pipelines. Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation. Identify and troubleshoot issues in the planning cycle and work towards continuous process improvements.
