Strong understanding of hospital operations and RCM processes.

Expertise in payer guidelines (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial) and denial management.

Proven ability to analyze KPIs, identify trends, and drive process improvements.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Manage the end-to-end RCM lifecycle, including charge entry, billing/rejection management, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial resolution.

Oversee daily hospital billing operations, ensuring efficient workflows and proper resource allocation.

Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.

Monitor and analyze KPIs and other RCM metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Conduct root cause analysis for denials and provide actionable insights to optimize revenue and minimize errors.

Maintain strong knowledge of payer guidelines, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurance.

Prepare reports on RCM process outcomes and performance trends for senior management.
